Everything between the first AI crawl and the sale.
Viz runs the whole AI funnel inside WordPress: it sees every AI crawl, wins the answers buyers ask for, publishes what is missing, credits each purchase, booking and lead to the assistant that sent it, and hands AI agents the tools to act on a visitor's behalf. Access stays your call at every step.
AI Conversions
Every purchase, booking, lead and sign-up on your site, credited to the AI assistant that sent the visitor - ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and ten more - with conversion rate and value per assistant. Captured inside WordPress from the plugins you already run, on every plan, no tag manager. Landing Paths A/B-tests a next step for AI-referred visitors and reports the lift.
Agent tools (WebMCP)
Every page registers tools an AI agent in the visitor's browser can call: describe_business, contact_business and, on WooCommerce, search, browse, product, cart and coupon tools. Generated from your business profile, contact form and catalog, nothing to configure. Every call is logged; leads and the purchases that follow are credited to the agent. /ai-contact/ covers agents arriving from outside a browser.
AI Content Pipeline
Paid plans turn your own AI-traffic evidence into reviewed article drafts, delivered into Posts → Drafts with a hero image already set. You approve the topics, you hit Publish, and every piece is tracked for crawls, citations, and referrals - with a fresh report every morning.
AI visibility monitoring
On paid plans, Viz asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity the questions your buyers ask - on a schedule - and reports mention rate, citations, sentiment, and share of voice against your competitors.
AI Readability monitors
The same machine-readability scan as our free Peekabot tool, on a schedule: every monitored page gets a letter grade, a 0-100 score, and a 30-day trend - so a page that quietly breaks for machines shows up as a falling grade, not a mystery traffic dip.
AI Readiness Audit
21 structural checks across your site, scored 0-100 with every deduction named: crawler access, robots.txt, sitemap, llms.txt, noindex, schema, titles, descriptions and content hidden behind JavaScript. Free once per site on every plan; Pro adds the full LLM-powered audit up to four times a month.
WebMCP Check
Free tool: enter any URL and see whether the page hands AI agents WebMCP tools, and which. Loaded once in a real Chrome with a recorder in place of the API, so every registration is listed with its inputs and whether it reads or acts. Nothing is executed. Use it on your own site to confirm the tools Viz registers are reaching the browser.
AI Crawlability, page by page
Every URL ranked by request volume with its AI/human split and an AI-traffic-only filter - including pages your sitemap doesn't advertise that AI bots found anyway. Website Coverage shows how much of your published content has been crawled at all, and by AI specifically.
A real dashboard, inside WordPress
Beautiful charts, date-range filters, a top-bots leaderboard, and a paginated, searchable event log. It all lives in your wp-admin - there's nowhere else to log in just to see your numbers.
Classification you never feel
Every request is classified on arrival, and the full logging pipeline adds roughly 2ms per request. Viz is the analytics tool your visitors will never notice.
60+ bots recognized, kept current
Viz recognizes the major AI players - OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, Common Crawl - plus search engines and traditional bots. When a new crawler appears, it shows up in your dashboard, not in a blind spot.
Eight precise categories
Human browser, AI training crawler, AI search bot, AI user agent, AI autonomous agent, search engine crawler, traditional bot, and unknown. Know why each bot visited.
AI Control - decide who gets in
Block AI training crawlers, AI search bots, or any AI category per-bot with layered robots.txt rules and server-level 403s. A built-in probe checks whether your cache or CDN is letting blocked bots slip through - and tells you how to close the gap.
Google Analytics & Search Console
Viz captures AI-assistant referral visits and conversions at the server on its own. Connect GA4 and Search Console (read-only) to add the session layer - how long AI-referred visitors stayed and what they engaged with - alongside your crawl data.
Privacy-respecting by design
No external scripts. No ad networks. Every event lands in your own database first. Toggle whether humans are logged, exclude admins, and control your retention window.
Optional cloud sync
Opt in to sync classified events to the Viz cloud for cloud dashboards and longer analytics history. Delivery is HMAC-signed, batched, and acknowledgement-based.
Controls that fit your site
Retention windows, human-logging toggle, admin exclusion, and proxy-trust settings - all native to WordPress. Tune it for a personal blog or a million-pageview publisher.
Hardened and standards-clean
Built to WordPress coding standards. Prepared statements on every query, escaped output everywhere, and capability checks on every endpoint. No build step, no surprises.
No build step, no bloat
Plain PHP and vanilla JavaScript. No npm, no webpack, no megabytes of framework. Viz stays lean so your site stays fast.
Sensor and actuator.
Visibility tools measure but cannot act. Content tools act but cannot measure. Viz is both, inside WordPress: the system that moves the numbers it reports.
Inside WordPress
Crawlers never run JavaScript, so browser-based analytics can never count them. Viz starts from the server, the only vantage point where humans and machines appear in the same ledger, and from there it writes the draft, records the order and registers the tools. The bot directory documents who you'll find there.
Measure, then move, then verify
A gap in the answers becomes a reviewed draft; a published draft becomes a crawl, a citation, a visit and a sale you can see in your own logs. Viz keeps an explicit Unknown category, verifies its own blocks with an external probe, and never guesses silently along the way.
Agents get tools
Every page registers WebMCP tools generated from your business profile, contact form and catalog. Nothing to configure, every call logged, every lead and purchase credited, and a Verified on homepage check so you know they are live. The blog covers the judgment calls the buttons can't make for you.
A sensible first month with Viz.
Weeks one and two: just watch
Install, then resist the urge to block anything. Let Analytics and the request log accumulate a baseline: who reads you, what they read, at what volume. Every later decision is only as good as this baseline.
Week three: set policy
Now the crawl data can answer the block-or-allow question per bot instead of on vibes. Use AI Control for the bots that only take, keep the ones that send readers, and let the probe verify the result - the directory has per-bot guidance.
Week four: measure the outcomes
Open AI Conversions to see what the visitors AI sends back actually did (and connect GA4 if you want session depth on top), start a tracked prompt in AI Visibility to watch the answers themselves, and approve your first AI Content topic (every plan includes one trial article). Check the Verified on homepage pill under Agent tools while you are there. From here the loop runs monthly: crawl trend, mention rate, publish, conversions per assistant, adjust.
